In the first exercise it says that you need to find the verbs from the box in the article on p. 14 and underline them, also to say what tense are they in? For example, the verb "believe" I can find in the first paragraph in the first sentence, it says: "Scientists believe the Earth is 4.6 billion years old." I underline the verb "believe" here and mention that it is used in Present Simple.

You have to find the words from the text. Definition means սահմանում. For example, in 1 we see that this is an adjective (ածական), something that means "different from others" - մյուսներից տարբերվող. And in brackets we see that this word is in the paragraph 1. I read it and find the word "unusual", which means "անսովոր" in context "interesting and unusual plants". That's why, please, first of all work on words in detail (that is read the text several times, write down the translation and learn them, then do this exercise. Good luck!
